Our 16th year is off to a great start!
We had a great time the first Sunday of the month. There were 7 ladies present, and we had scarves from a few others that weren’t able to meet with us in person. In addition to sharing new patterns and planning for next month, we packaged 23 beautiful scarves.
We spent some time talking about using our February meeting to offer a “learn to crochet” time for people new to the craft, as well as a space for people who already crochet to work together on a new pattern.
I’m pretty excited about our upcoming meeting and the learning opportunities, as well as the chance to share a bit about what we do with others who join us to learn. We’ll share more details about the day and how to register for the “classes” soon. The general idea is to offer the 2 learning groups as well as have space to work on and package any completed scarves for anyone who would like to participate.
